Leaving today!

Well, we leave for Nationals today! I'm super excited! If you all could pray that we (and everyone else traveling) would have a safe trip and get there in time, that would be awesome.

May the Lord be truly glorified during this tournament!

Last Stand

The days are few now, and the lines are many, but what awaits us is well worth the time and effort we put into this. Make your last stand before nats strong, but be sure to get good rest and don't over-do it. I believe we all have good talent, but we need to work hard and trust in the Lord. Praise God for Nationals!!!

4 days...

Nationals has come very fast for me. I still feel as if the year has just started, when almost half a year has gone bye already.

I don't feel like I'm ready. But I am ready. Sort of. =) I need to start the marathon practicing sessions while in the midst of packing, getting my scripts all highlighted, figuring out how to get a week's worth of speech outfits, etc.

This is the normal stuff that happens before a tournament. It is an exciting time- but I'm even more excited to see what a National tournament is like. I've never been to one before...

Nationals is in 10 days!!!!!!!!!!
